Join Jess Sandhu for her monthly yogic healing workshop. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique practiced comfortably lying down in Savasana.

REIKI RESTORATIVE YOGA

While in restorative poses Jess, a certified Reiki Master, will share the healing touch of distant Reiki. Reiki is a form of energy therapy that enhances the natural healing system of the body and creates relaxation and a sense of well-being.

INVERSIONS CLASS

This class focuses on inverting in headstand (sirsasana) + handstand (adho mukha vrksasana). Includes vinyasa flow practice, preparatory exercises, poses weaved in to help strengthen, find proper alignment and build confidence.

HOW TO MEDITATE

This is a class for everyone, especially those who believe they can't meditate, or who aren't sure how to get started. For the experienced meditators, this is an opportunity to look at your practice with new eyes.
