Sojun Godfrey

 Since returning to the United States,
he has taught meditation and yoga, spent years dedicated to social justice activism, and taught as a classroom teacher in elementary, middle, and high school levels. Currently, he counsels and teaches high school students with trauma backgrounds in Winooski, Vermont.

Sojun Godfrey lived for nine years as a Zen Monk at Daitokuji Temple in Kyoto, Japan and has been practicing meditation for more than
25 years, teaching for 10.

 As a meditation teacher, his goal is to bring the heart of practice to people living with all the contradictions of the modern age, in a way that is useful and relatable.

Gaby Lacorata

She lives in Charleston, SC and graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in
Exercise Science.

Gaby is a certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher, and an integrative health coach. 

She has always had a passion for movement and nutrition, and yoga has been a huge part of her personal wellness journey as well as her journey to help others. 

Her morning meditation is an opportunity to start your day relaxed and energized.

Gaby is a certified yoga teacher, meditation teacher, and an integrative health coach.
