Victoria came to yoga as a supplement to her love for outdoor activities. Doubtful yoga would provide the same physical results, she found it delivered them along with a new found connection to body awareness and mindfulness. Eventually, yoga lured her by teaching stillness in movement, challenging her to live with intention and asking the wandering mind to be present through each breath.

She hopes to motivate others who are skeptical of the practice and break misconceptions of what yoga is or is not. She believes you don't have to be strong, flexible or athletic, but simply arrive with openness to explore something new. You'll find her classes to be challenging and fun with a strong emphasis on synchronizing movement with the breath. Expect to build full-body strength, learn alignment and leave with mental clarity from her classes.

Clara first started practicing yoga in 2014, after moving to Washington, DC for her first full-time job. Adjusting to the pace of professional life in a big city was a challenge, and yoga became a peaceful refuge for her.

Clara completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2017. Her goal is for every person to feel included and supported in her class.

In her classes, students are led through a moderately paced series of postures with opportunity to adjust the shapes she suggests in ways that will best serve them. She is influenced by her years of practice in vinyasa, ashtanga, and yin styles. She shares gratitude with her students both on and off the mat.

Lindsey has been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years, which has helped her grow stronger both on and off the mat. She originally found the practice in highschool as a way to balance the physical demands of the sports she participated in. At the time, it was more of a physical practice for her.

As years passed she began to deepen her practice, soon realizing that asana is only one of the 8 limbs of a yogic path. Realizing the healing potentials of yoga, Lindsey began to expand her practice after an anxiety diagnosis. After seeing the positive effects yoga can have first hand, she completed her 200 hour power vinyasa certification in hopes to share the practice with others. In addition to vinyasa Lindsey teaches SUP yoga and Yin yoga.
