Kate later became the first full-time yoga teacher for Womack Army Medical Center's Intrepid Spirit Center on Ft. Bragg, NC for two years, teaching yoga and mindfulness practices to active duty soldiers as a part of the Pain Management and Traumatic Brain Injury Clinics.

Victoria came to yoga as a supplement to her love for outdoor activities. The yoga practice offered the same intensity while grounded her focus internally and directing her mind to each breath and movement. Yoga lured her by teaching stillness in movement, challenging her to live with intention and asking the wandering mind to be present through each breath.

She hopes to motivate others who are skeptical of the practice and break misconceptions of what yoga is or is not. You'll find her classes to be challenging and fun with a strong emphasis on synchronizing movement with the breath. Expect to build full-body strength, learn alignment and leave with mental clarity.

Clara first started practicing yoga in 2014, after moving to Washington, DC for her first full-time job. Adjusting to the pace of professional life in a big city was a challenge, and yoga became a peaceful refuge for her.

Clara completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2017. Her goal is for every person to feel included and supported in her class.

In her classes, students are led through a moderately paced series of postures with opportunity to adjust the shapes she suggests in ways that will best serve them. She is influenced by her years of practice in vinyasa, ashtanga, and yin styles. She shares gratitude with her students both on and off the mat.

Lindsey has been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years, which has helped her grow stronger both on and off the mat. She  found the practice in highschool as a way to balance the physical demands of the sports she participated in.

As years passed she began to deepen her practice. Realizing the healing potentials of yoga, Lindsey began to expand her practice after an anxiety diagnosis. After seeing the positive effects yoga can have first hand, she completed her 200 hour power vinyasa certification in hopes to share the practice with others. In addition to vinyasa Lindsey teaches SUP yoga and Yin yoga.

Catherine has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years after injuries from her competitive running days forced her to hang up her spikes and instead roll out her mat. She began teaching roughly 13 years ago, becoming a teacher trainer 10 years later.

A dedicated student to the Iyengar approach, Catherine has more than 1,000 hours of training and teaches and trains teachers in the YogaWorks method, an approach to yoga that combines Iyengar and Ashtanga principles into an accessible style focused on smart sequencing and alignment (asana), breath work (pranayama) and meditation (dharana and dhyana). Catherine incorporates her daily moving, breathing and sitting into her “day” job at RedPeg Marketing, where she is Vice President of Partner Services and serves as a member of the senior-leadership team.
